Ronnie Wood exposition (rolling stones second guitar)
I went for a ride to city centre on the bicycle and I found that exposition by Ronnie Wood, the second guitar of the Rolling Stones, apparently the guy has a degree in arts and painting. He is really good and you can see.
el duro (the coin)
EL JUEGO DEL DURO (the coin game)
1. put a coin on your hand.
2. throw the coin.
3. try to catch it with the reverse of your hand.
4. try to stick it between 2 fingers.
5. if you drop it, you get hit.
I was showing how to play duro with my lithuanian friend, I now, maybe I took advantage of my experience but this is the result. muajajajajajaja (mega evil laugh).
ps: Theo I am really sorry, but the challenge is to beat the master innit?
Hed Pe concert, hyperativity
I love hed pe, they are a punk rock band from California, US, they know how to combine rock, punk, metal, rap, reggae or funk. Each one of their albums have a particularity or a style, there are more rock albums, others more reggae...
Anyway I have been liking this band since I was maybe 15 and I fucking love them! It is one of this band you always carry on your mp3 no matter how many millions of times you have listened to their songs. Hed pe are those kind of guys.... Anyway I went there with my friend Karolis, he is from Lithuania but I think he enjoys metal as much as me.

My italian friend
A few months ago I met an Italian guy in a concert, he just came from Italy, where there is no jobs, he was lucky because he already had a job before even come to UK. He didnt speak anything else than yes or no, really anything else; he didnt have anywhere to stay so I let him stay at mines, I have no problem, I had a spare room with a bed in it and the guy was looking cool, after 3 weeks (yes a bit longer than I thought) he moved to another city even though he was coming to visit me every weekend, I thought his english was going to get better now that he was living with english people but not at all, in his free time he was on facebook for hours or just watching italian movies. After a few months in his cooking job in an italian restaurant, he tells me that he quits his job because he can't stand his boss, I just asked him if he had anything in mind to work after the drop but he didn´t. He asked me if he could stay at ay place for a month or so until he found a new place, but when I asked him to pay the rent 50% he said no quite upset. He is a good guy and I won't keep a bad memory at all but there are people who even they are old enough to get drunk, take drugs, drive or vote are not responsible for their lives at all.
Spanish people in Birmingham
I had a great weekend, I am going to tell you a nice story that hapenned on friday.
I received an invitation for a party in Selly Oak (south of Birmingham), the invitation was from a friend of the girlfriend of my best friend whom by chance is doing an erasmus exhange program in Birmingham; this was the message:
Time for another long-awaited, much anticipated 60 harrow party.
Last one had around 200 people... this time we aim for more... rana throws his parties in style.Catch DJ Miles Ryan coming straight from venues in amsterdam to stop off here on his way to DJ in ibiza... in collaboration with the DJ's from Front Of House!
Literally - bring EVERYONE.
Bring your banter... leave your dignity! See you all here
I think someone went a little bit too far with this "BRING EVERYONE". Anyway I took my bicycle, I have a double suspension mountain bike that my very good friend and housemate Mantautas (he is from Lithuania) let me, because my real bike is an old, very very old racing bicycle.
As I was saying I took my bike from Perry Barr (north of Birmingham) and I cycled for 40 minutes to reach the place, I parked my bike, changed my t-shirt (sweaty as fuck) and I went to the house, I knew I was in the right house because there was around 100 people i the entrance, when I was going inside, a spanish girl came to me saying that the house was over crowded and there was no way yo get inside, the tennants of the house were there to make sure no one else was getting in. I was outside having a fagg thinking about my next step when I heard some spanish voices behind me, there was a group of 20 spanis guys, like a ghetto, all together laughing and shouting out loud.
I thought that it was quite weird to heard that many spanish people together with no other nationalities visible.
Why? Problably because of this well known spanish idiocracy: the unability to speak any other language other than spanish....
This was my very first time with that many spanish people since I came to Birmingham last year ( I try to stay appart). Since what age, spanish youth start to learn english? 5 year old? 10 years old? Lets say that Erasmus people are between 20 and 25. So between 10 and 15 years are not enough to speak more or less a decent english? Come on! Come on! I really don't believe it.

Corruption in Spain, older than the flu!
It makes me laugh, the way media focus on the corruption wave we are living in the last months, which crosses the country from coast to coast. It makes me laugh even more, how people are shocked within this situation. Even we don't want to assume it, corruption is in the spanish politic culture. This old art of I take whatever I want, I pay to avoid problems exist in my country since the origins of democracy.
MP secretaries, County presidents, Mayors or even the husband of the princess are just the idiots who didn't know how to pay their entourage and have been caugh for their clumsiness. They are just a few black sheeps that the system show in order to make a "depuration of the system" as a courtine to hide bigger stuff.
To be honest, I do not lose sleep because of these people. They are corrupts at an inferior level who take advantage of their you-know-how-to-do-it to cheat on this decadent system. The ones I am really scared of are the ones who still are in the shadows because they play in the champions league of thieves being invisible for the media and the citizens.
You just have to google corruption in spain to have an idea of how serious things are.
Sacha Baron Cohen, yes man!
You need some nuts to get in the red carpet dressed as a dictator (promoting your new movie) and drop the hashes of Kim Jong Il on the reporter who is interviewing you. A challenge for a very few jokers that will draw a line on this promotional event.
The oscar prices, I don't know how manage to mix hate and love, it is something awesome! The most heard critique you hear is that the show was predictible, annoying or boring.
How are they going to challenge our intellect? The oscars are a big showcase, the sharp metal of the sword of this industry in the United States. Even at the moment, the creativity is not at its highest ( as Mr. George Clooney said) this industry deals with milllions and millions and many interests. In any case they will allow the ceremony to be innovative or controversial. Never ever.
This ceremony is displayed for us to chat about the dresses (not again please), about the artists, it is perfectly calculated for television and on top to make the common people go to the cinema more often. This is it, this is Hollywood.
This permanent frustation is something kind of absurd, because we are always waiting for something that will never happen. North America select carefully each content, each format. Where are the geniality, the incorrections or the provocation?
All this kind of things have been diluted with time, everything is trained, and the Oscars are a sublime trainning. That's why I have no other choice that revere to Sacha Baron Cohen, with his performance he just kick a dinosaure in the nuts.
Have a check of the genial incorrection if you havent seen it! Peace!
